Lydia Simone Johnson is fashion designer, content creator, and entrepreneur.

Born and Raised in Philadelphia Pa, Lydia is a graduate of Albright College, class of 2017.  She holds her BA In fashion design, merchandising, and costume design major.

In 2010, Lydia created her youtube channel. Today she features beauty, fashion and lifestyle videos on her main channel, Lydia Simone. She later started her Vlog Channel, Lydia Simone TV where she has shows like Home With Lydia Simone, and her Vlogmas videos. She has over 30k views on both channels.

 Lydia won the 2014 Runner-Up Award for Best Runway Design at Albright College’s Annual runway showcase. In Fall of 2015, she studied abroad with the Albright in London Program sponsored by CAPA the Global Educational Network. While abroad, Lydia was the Albright representative on the CAPA student council. She served as the Public Relations Person for the big CAPA student-run event. She interned at two fashion accessories companies: Sophie Hulme and Penelope Chilvers. She traveled to three other countries while aboard and learned three languages as well. She was award the CAPA record of Achievement Award for her work with the Global Human Rights Conference in London, England. Upon her return to the states, she served as the Albright College Campus Ambassador for CAPA.   

 

Lydia is currently obtaining her Masters Degree in Fashion Business. While in school, she had produced two fashion showed under her modeling agency, the Pacesetters Inc (@thepacesetters.inc) In February 2020, Lydia launched her 2nd  lingerie/sleepwear collection Sweet Dreams X. Lydia also founded The Fashion Café, a fundraising business that produces fashion shows to raise funds for local charities in need.  (http://thefashioncafe.webs.com/) Lydia currently sells cotton face masks, and her latest clothing collection on her business website, www.lydiasimone.com (@lydiasimonofficial). Lydia’s latest achievement is being name the 2020 Modern American Miss Pennsylvania Pageant Queen. This summer she competed in the National 2020 Modern American Miss Pageant. She won the title of 2020 Modern American Miss Pageant Queen. She now uses her platform to empower women around the world to be fierce, fearless, and firm in their dreams and goals.
